Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Lelani School website, enrolling a learner, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to parents, guardians, learners, and all visitors to our website.
If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our website and contact us directly with any questions.
Use of Website
Our website is provided for informational purposes about Lelani School. By using it, you agree to:
- Use the site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems.
- Not transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through any forms or communications on the site.
- Not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from this website without our written permission.
We reserve the right to restrict access to the website for any user who violates these conditions.
Admissions
Submission of an admissions enquiry or application does not guarantee enrolment. All applications are subject to review, availability of space, and the school's admissions criteria at the time of application.
- Lelani School reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the admissions process.
- Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed admission form and payment of the applicable registration fee.
- Any misrepresentation of information may result in withdrawal of an offer of admission.
Fees & Payments
School fees are communicated to families at the start of each term. By enrolling a learner at Lelani School, parents and guardians agree to the following:
- Fees are due by the dates specified in the school's fee schedule each term.
- Late payment may result in a learner being excluded from classes until fees are settled.
- The school reserves the right to review and adjust fee structures at the start of each academic year, with reasonable notice given to families.
- Fees paid are generally non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at the school's discretion.
- Parents experiencing financial difficulty are encouraged to speak confidentially with the school administration.
Code of Conduct
Lelani School is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all learners, staff, and visitors. All members of our community — including parents and guardians — are expected to:
- Treat all members of the school community with dignity and respect.
- Communicate concerns through appropriate channels — the class teacher, administration, or head teacher.
- Refrain from aggressive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour toward staff, learners, or other parents on school premises or in digital communications.
- Support the school's disciplinary policies and values at home.
Photos & Media
Lelani School occasionally captures photos and videos of school activities for use in school communications, social media, and marketing materials.
- Consent for use of a learner's image is sought from parents or guardians during enrolment.
- Parents may withdraw media consent at any time by notifying the school in writing.
- Images are used respectfully and in a manner consistent with the school's values.
- Parents and visitors must obtain permission from the school before recording or photographing learners other than their own child on school premises.

- You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from this website without our prior written consent.
